As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers. You’ll work with mid-sized companies, helping them unlock the full potential of our messaging solutions.
What You’ll Do at Spellty
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with mid-market businesses.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their communication needs.
- Present and demonstrate Spellty’s solutions, articulating their value in a consultative manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize client onboarding and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, cloud communication, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a mid-market sales role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and a consultative sales approach.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and pipeline management.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to work in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
